From playing professionally to starting his own power-house football club Samy’s life has always been dedicated to football. Samy currently balances two roles; CEO of Elite London Academy FC and lead scout at prestigious Arsenal Academy. Samy is nimble and creative in approach and he thrives on the synergy these roles create. Always looking for growth and opportunity he sees the roles as a means to constantly support player advancement.
Samy started ELA to offer dedicated footballers unprecedented growth opportunities. He saw the gap between grassroots and Academy Football and founded a club that increases our players to more readily transition between the two. He supports this by ensuring our teams are all in top leagues along with arranging plenty of Showcase Matches against professional academies. Samy and our team of coaches develop detailed training programs have already shown next level results. In just two short years ELA FC has won over 200 Cups, arranged over 100 trials and had 70 players signed to professional clubs.
The most important thing to know about Samy is that he is always around for player/parent chats, he puts the player first and this mentality is evident in all ELA FC results.

Professional Team Career Highlights: Samy has been a scout for Brentford FC, Fulham FC, a senior academy scout for Crystal Palace FC and is currently a lead academy scout at Arsenal.
Samy has also held high level professional coaching roles including Head Coach of the London Development Centre for Wolves FC and Lead Development Coach for Leyton Orient FC.
