Runako Elcock is a UEFA B qualified coach with a Master’s degree in Football Coaching and Analysis. As Co-Director and Academy Manager, he combines his role as West London Regional Scout for Watford FC with a proven track record in developing young players. He is dedicated to creating a positive, challenging environment where players can grow both on and off the pitch, with a focus on long-term development and success.
