ARRANGE A TRIAL

ELA FC regularly arranges Showcase Matches against professional clubs from England. If a player shows exceptional talent, they may be chosen at a Showcase Match for a trial at one of the many professional clubs we play against. These matches are regularly attended by professional scouts

REFERRALS

Our coaches have extensive knowledge of professional football and are fortunate to have Premier League Scouts working for the club. We make individual referrals for those players who show exceptional talent ahead of their peers for an eight-week trial at various top level professional clubs. This experience is an exceptional opportunity for a players to show off the skills they will be mastering at ELA FC. ELA FC management will follow up on any interest from professional clubs.

ONGOING MENTORING & PLAYER WELFARE

We support player advancement by creating a safe, fun and supportive environment to train in. Our lead coaches are trained in FA Talent ID, this allows us to check off the areas a player is excelling and focus on lees developed skill sets. We arrange regular one-to-one conversations during training to help them focus on areas they can improve.

If our players are unsuccessful at a trial our coaches will liaise with the academy or club’s coaching staff to determine which skill sets they are looking for that player to further develop. We will work with that player to develop a skill specific training to enhance these skills. ELA FC Coaches and Management will continue to keep the academy or club informed of the players progress.
